Grigs have numerous holidays focused around the moon, during which they gather in the central clearings of their villages to observe the full moon.

Grig homes are often decorated with bright colors and pleasing imagery.

Their settlements are usually established near bodies of water, and feature a large clearing in their centers. Grigs typically live in thick, temperate forests. The typically grig is a foot and half tall, and weighs less than ten pounds. Their hair is typically brown, silver, or green, and is usually worn loose and uncombed. Grigs have the upper bodies, arms, and heads of elf-like humanoids, and the antennae, lower bodies and legs of crickets. The other weapon stays primary, you're "forced" to make available iterative attacks due to high BAB with it, and deals x1.5 STR bonus. The Cricket card from a Harrow deck, represents grigs. If you only make iterative attacks because of high BAB (+7/+2), both your nodachis are primary weapons dealing x1.5 STR damage, no matter which one you use for each attack (in case they have different enchantments, for example).īut, if you "enable" TWF to get the extra (#) attack from the feat (+7/+7#/+2), the nodachi dealing the extra attack becomes an offhand weapon, is limited to off-hand attacks only, and deals x 0.5 STR damage (upped to x1 STR because of double slice). TWF penalties only appy if the character "enables" TWF to benefit from the extra attack(s) the feat chain grants. It's not so much that "off hands cause a malus and are weaker" and rather that "additional attacks from having multiple weapons cause a malus and are weaker".Įssentially, any character can equip weapons in both hands and use any of them as she sees fit, as long as that character doesn't make more attacks than he actually gets from high BAB or other sources (like haste). Off-hand only takes place when you get additional attacks from Full-round attacks (or other means of getting additional attacks I guess). If you feint with your right hand, then attack with the left and make an iterative attack at BAB-5 with your right hand, then you will have a main hand full BAB attack with +STR damage and a main hand BAB-5 attack with +STR damage.Feint with your right hand before striking with the left, it'll be a main-hand hit with full BAB and +STR.That'll be a main-hand hit with full BAB and +STR. Feint with your left hand, and then stab with your right. If you are dual-wielding daggers on a right-handed rogue, assuming a swift action feint that requires a weapon, you can : Also, I think you misunderstand how "main hand" works. Well, I might be wrong, but I'd assume that no character has more than one "main hand". Double slice doesn't modify power attack. Offhand: 1d10+ 7(1.5xStr rounded down, double slice increased STR to 1x, then you apply an additional. Offhand: 1d10+ 7(1.5xStr rounded down) + 6(power attack x 1.5)Įdit: also it seems i don't qualify for two weapon fighting since i have more than 2 arms.Įdit2: was doing more research and found this thread. Main: 1d10+ 7(1.5xStr rounded down) + 6(power attack x 1.5) Offhand: 20 +7(bab) +5(str) -4(twf penalty) -2(power attack) Do all of these things stack? Playing a level 7 slayer with 20 str. I have two weapon fighting, double slice, and power attack. So I'm currently playing a 4 armed character who dual wields nodachi. /r/3d6 - For character creation, advice and sharing (system agnostic)./r/Tabletop - For your general tabletop gaming shenanigans./r/lfg - Looking For Group, find other players, etc./r/RPG - For general, non-Pathfinder related RPG discussion./r/Pathfinder_Kingmaker - To discuss Kingmaker, the computer RPG./r/Pathfinder - For Pathfinder Society Organization/Discussion.Other subreddits you might be interested in: Fillable character sheets and intelligent character builders. Some of these tools and resources include the following: We have a Wiki page that includes links for various useful tools and resources, most of which have been provided by the members of this community.
